Raphael Whitmore TIFSM

Raphael Whitmore is a fire risk assessor based in Enfield, London, accredited by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (TIFSM).

He holds a Fire Risk Assessment Diploma (SCQF Level 10, equivalent to RQF Level 6), along with qualifications in assessment practice. He carries out fire risk assessments for landlords, managing agents, and business owners across commercial premises, blocks of flats, and HMOs.

He also carries out contract fire risk assessments alongside Fire Safety Guys. Their director, Jonny, encouraged Raphael into the fire safety profession and has supported his development in the field since.

Before moving into fire safety, Raphael spent over two decades in field service engineering, technical training, and education, including several years leading and developing a team of coaches and assessors. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Electronic Engineering.
